What can I do in the portal? 

Your portal keeps you connected to your care. You can check your medical history, obtain lab results, manage your medical bills, and more, any time.  

How can I access my portal? 

MyCareZone portal may be accessed at: url: portal.mycarezone.com  

Do I need to set up a new account for MyCareZone? 

Yes. If we have your information on file and permission to contact you, you will receive a new patient portal invitation. If your information is not on file, once you share it with HSA, you will receive an email invitation.   

Can I self-register for the portal? 

Yes. Visit: url: portal.mycarezone.com and click on the “Sign up” button.  

The portal does not recognize me as a patient when I am trying to register and create an account. What should I do?

If I forget my password, what should I do? 

You may reset your password by navigating to the sign-in page and clicking “forgot password” button and follow the directions to create a new password.  

Can I use the portal to request a prescription refill? 

If you need to refill a prescription, please call your provider’s office at least 72 hours in advance of when you need the prescription.   

Can I print my health information from the portal? 

Yes  

Does the portal display my vital signs that were taken at an appointment? 

Yes  

Will I see imaging results or labs under the Procedures section? 

Yes  

Can I pay my medical bill through the portal? 

Yes. You can manage your hospital bills. For your hospital bill, select Pay Balance and View Statement. Follow the prompts to pay your hospital bill through our third-party partner portal.

Does MyCareZone have Share Records capability? 

Yes. Click on the account initials in the upper right screen and select Share Record. Click on Share Record with someone you trust; enter their email, create a passcode, select sharing level, and information types, expiration date, click Send invitation.  

How do I reach the patient portal support center?  

The patient support line may be reached Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CT) and 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Friday
