How to Set Up Your New Email Account:

If you are currently accessing this (steward.org) email through your web browser, please save this message to a WordPad, Notepad, or Microsoft Word document, or print it out  or open a new web browser tab before logging out and proceeding to Step 1.

Due to single sign-on settings, it’s necessary to open a private or incognito window in your browser to complete the initial setup. Please follow these steps carefully by using a private or incognito window in your browser. This process will allow you to set your password and access your new email account securely before logging into your new account on your regular browser.

Steps to Access Your New Email Account in an Incognito Window


1. Open a New Incognito or Private Window (two methods):

    • Option 1 (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge ONLY):

      • Right-click or tap with two fingers on this link: https://outlook.office.com

      • Select “Open link in incognito window” (Google Chrome) or “Open Link in InPrivate Window” (Microsoft Edge).

      • Continue to Step 2.

    • Option 2:

      • Microsoft Edge:

      • Open Microsoft Edge.

      • lick on the three dots in the top-right corne
        Select New InPrivate Window, or press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows).

      • A new window with a dark background and ‘InPrivate’ label should open.

      • Go to the Microsoft Outlook login page: https://outlook.office.com.

2. Log in to Your New HSA Email Account:

  • Enter your new @hsahospitals.com email address.
  • You will be prompted to set a password for the first time. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password.
  • After setting your password, you can close the incognito window.

 

Enter Your New Email Address:
Use the new email address: Harris.Grant@hsahospitals.com

Password: 1kIo66L2@rIe

1. Reset Your Password:

    • You will be asked to reset your password when you log in for the first time. Follow the instructions to create a new password. Your new password should be:

    • Be at least 14 characters long.

2. Multi-Factor Authentication

    • You have two options, “Ask Later” , you will have 14 days to go and set this up or

    • You can use your Microsoft Authenticator app and follow the steps to set it up. MFA Instructions  (https://www.hsahospitals.com/emailmigration/mfa)

Your Inbox:
After logging in, you will be able to access your new HSA email account. All new messages will be sent to this inbox. Your previous steward.org email will remain accessible in read-only mode for the 60 days.
